01/ 06

Camp collar

A one-piece camp collar that lies open and flat, with a notch where it meets the front facing. The collar edge is topstitched to keep its shape after washing.

For buyers — Collar shape, point length, and interlining are agreed on the fit sample.

02/ 06

Shoulder and yoke

The front panels join the back yoke at the shoulder with a flat, topstitched seam that sits slightly forward of the shoulder line.

For buyers — Seam type and stitch density can be confirmed on the approved sample.

03/ 06

Chest pocket

A patch pocket with rounded lower corners and reinforced top corners. Its position is set on the pattern so it sits level on each size.

For buyers — Pocket size and position can be graded per size or kept fixed.

04/ 06

Placket and buttons

A clean front facing with five buttons. Buttonholes are sewn to suit the cloth weight, and the button colour is matched to the fabric tone.

For buyers — Buttons can be buyer-nominated or sourced to an agreed specification.

05/ 06

Sleeve hem

Short sleeves finished with a turned and stitched hem for a neat, flat edge.

For buyers — Hem depth and sleeve length tolerance are agreed before production.

06/ 06

Straight hem

A straight body hem finished with a narrow double fold, suited to wearing untucked.

For buyers — Body length is checked against the measurement chart at inspection.

04Construction

Two constructions, one development process.

Woven garments

Woven fabrics interlace warp and weft yarns at right angles, giving a stable cloth that holds a crease and a defined shape. They suit shirts, blouses, dresses, and tailored bottoms where collars, plackets, and pleats need structure.

Knitted garments

Knitted fabrics are formed from interlocking loops of yarn, which gives them natural stretch and recovery. Jersey, rib, piqué, and fleece constructions are used for T-shirts, polos, sweatshirts, loungewear, and children’s sets.
